Compared with other  dust removal equipment , electrostatic precipitator consumes less energy and has high dust removal efficiency. It is suitable for removing dust of 0.01-50μm in flue gas, and can be used in occasions with high flue gas temperature and high pressure. Practice has shown that the greater the amount of flue gas processed, themore economical the investment and operating costs ofusing electrostatic  precipitators .

Do the next airlift experiment to confirm that there is no problem with the electronic control. However, there is generally no problem with electronic control. If so, focus on the sampling board, circuit, and relay.

Inside the electric field:

1. Disconnection is more common;

2. The insulator climbs ash;

3. The ash bucket builds a bridge and becomes full;

4. The reserved space of the plate chute is not enough; (this is easy to identify, the exhaust temperature is high, the dust collector is airborne, and it will start to jump after 10 minutes of operation);

5. I have also seen the cathode rapping insulation room produced by a small factory filled with ash short circuit;

6. The dust collector has serious air leakage.

The positive electrode of the electrostatic precipitator is made of metal plates with different geometric shapes, called the dust collecting electrode. The performance of the electrostatic precipitator is affected by three factors: the nature of the dust, the structure of the equipment and the flow rate of the flue gas. The specific resistance of dust is an index for evaluating conductivity, and it has a direct impact on the efficiency of dust removal. If the specific resistance is too low, it is difficult for dust particles to remain on the dust collecting electrode, causing them to return to the airflow. If the specific resistance is too high, the charge of the dust particles reaching the dust collecting electrode will not be easily released, and the formation of a voltage gradient between the dust layers will cause local breakdown and discharge. These conditions will cause the reduction of dust removal efficiency. The power supply of the electrostatic precipitator consists of a control box, a step-up transformer and a rectifier. The output voltage of the power supply also has a great influence on the dust removal efficiency. Therefore, the operating voltage of the electrostatic precipitator must be maintained at 40-75kV or even above 100kV.
