When the weak sound wave signal acts on the liquid, it will produce negative pressure on the liquid, the volume of the liquid increases, the molecules in the liquid increase, and many bubbles are formed.

    1. The ultrasonic cleaning machine does not work when turned on: Turn on the power switch, and there is no ultrasonic output

     1. The power is not connected;

     2. The power switch or power output line is damaged and there is no power input;

     3. The power adjustment button is at the zero position, and the knob is adjusted to the current 4A;

     4. The fuse is blown, check whether the power supply is connected to 380V, and then replace the fuse;

     5. Check whether the protection light on the protection circuit board is on. If it is on, the ultrasonic power supply is in the protection state. Turn off the power and restart after 1 minute. If this situation still occurs, adjust the protection on the protection circuit board appropriately. Rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise by 5-10 degrees (the purpose of this operation is to amplify the protective effect).

 

    Second, the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaner is slow

     1. Improper level of cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank, adjust the height of the water level, generally 2-3 cm;

     2. The temperature of the liquid in the cleaning tank is too high or too low;

     3. Whether there is any change in the selection of cleaning fluid, whether the concentration of the cleaning fluid is low and the concentration is increased;

     4. Open the shell and observe the oil pollution of the ultrasonic transducer falling off. For temporary treatment, you can skip the transducer and connect it.

 

   Third, the heating tube of the ultrasonic cleaner does not heat or is slow

     1. The heating tube is open without water, causing burnout, replace the heating tube;

     2. Measure the resistance of the heating tube with a meter, the resistance of the heating tube is about 57Ω when the power of 380V is 3000W, and the resistance value of the heating tube is about 48Ω when the power of 220V is 1000W;

     3. Check whether the surrounding area of the heating pipe is surrounded and blocked by dirt, which affects the heating work;

     4. For mechanical temperature control, please check whether there is liquid flowing out of the temperature control probe, and replace the temperature control probe.
